11.9.2013 - 11.16.2013: 1st Annual Experimental Video Festival @ Launch Pad Cooperative, Toledo, OH.

Launch Pad Cooperative is pleased to present the 1st Annual Experimental Video Festival during a two night screening on November 9 and 16, 2013. The festival aims to introduce Toledo audiences to provocative and conceptually challenging works in contemporary video art. The festival will feature a diverse array of short videos by artists and experimental filmmakers from across the country.

Launch Pad Cooperative presents a collaborative, multimedia exhibition, ARText, opening April 26, 2013 through May 31, 2013. This collaborative exhibition is an experiment in cross-disciplinary methods, randomly pairing one visual artist from Launch Pad Cooperative with a poet from the Toledo literary scene. ARText aims to push the limits of routine individual creative processes, embracing modes of creative production that are unfamiliar or uncomfortable. ARText also aims to further unify two growing yet relatively disconnected creative communities within the greater Toledo area.
